| The book arts
program is offered by the MTSU Department of Art through courses
taught by Professor Janet Higgins. The program provides students
with an opportunity to develop skills in typography, book
design, and letterpress printing techniques. Students may use a
variety of handpresses and numerous type fonts and ornaments,
which the department has acquired in
recent years. |
